Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
This was great! The only change I made was to grill the mahi mahi. I think this will be good with salmon too. Thanks for posting!

Thai Basil Rolls with Hoisin-Peanut Sauce
My review is for the peanut dipping sauce since I made my own rolls. Here goes MAKE THIS STUFF NOW!!! The sauce is not only easy but really good! I have been looking for a good recipe for this and now my search has ended. Thanks for the recipe!

Szechwan Shrimp
Can I give this 10 stars? This was so easy and is better than my takeout place. I always have the ingredients in my pantry. Give this a try you won't be disappointed (but do double the sauce..I couldn't get enough of it)
