Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos
These were really good, though the jalepenos I got from my supermarket were barely hotter than a bell pepper. With hotter peppers they would be fabulous. Also, serving them with ranch dressing was key. I will definitely serve these again for company. It would be easy to prepare them ahead of time then pop them into the oven right before you want to serve them.

Baked Pesto Chicken
I gave this 5 stars for its simplicity. So quick and easy, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Cucumber Sunomo
