Grilled Hawaiian Chicken and Pineapple Sandwiches
Definatly a keeper. My husband and I both loved them. I left out the thousand island dressing. We have made them plain and with chipolte mustard and both times they were wonderful. Great for lunch and dinner

Avocado-Lime Shrimp Salad (Ensalada de Camarones con Aguacate y Limon)
This was a wonderful summer dish. Perfect for lite simple meal. I added little extra lime juice and a cucumber for the perfect dinner salad.
