Shrimp Scampi Bake
A keeper! I used 1/2 salted and 1/2 unsalted butter and next time I will use only unsalted. The mustard gives it such an excellent flavor but does NOT taste like mustard is in it. I'm sure you can just put the shrimp into the mixture pan until they cook, I think i'll try that next time. Wonderful flavor and enough sauce for linguini and rice!
