Sour Cream Mushroom Chicken
My kids loved it! And they are picky! Since they do not like mushrooms I used 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. I also did not use the chopped onion. It does make a ton of sauce so you can either 1/2 it or just use the extra another day. I put it over egg noodles and brown rice, both were good. Thank you for this great recipe!

Excellent cookie! I used salted butter and omitted the salt instead of using shortening and they were amazing! Doubling the recipe was definately no problem. You can't get any easier than this and the flavor was greatl I will be using this for the holidays each year, thank you!

Shrimp Scampi Bake
A keeper! I used 1/2 salted and 1/2 unsalted butter and next time I will use only unsalted. The mustard gives it such an excellent flavor but does NOT taste like mustard is in it. I'm sure you can just put the shrimp into the mixture pan until they cook, I think i'll try that next time. Wonderful flavor and enough sauce for linguini and rice!
