Since I was a little girl, I've loved to bake and cook. I have always wanted to be a pastry chef. The more I think about it, the more I'd like to go back to school and pursue that dream. Desserts, chicken, anything that I can put together in a hurry. I finally made an apple pie. Never have made one, my only mistake was not putting a drip pan under the pie. I also forgot to leave out the the crust to come to room temp, so I had to re-roll out the top crust. The pie was bigger than the pan I put it in, but this pie was YUMMY!
