i love trying international dishes that i've had out. especially enjoy doing indian as it's one of my husband's favourites. i love to experiment with a recipe and just throw in things that i think will be good. spaghetti sauce seems to be one of my specialties. i probably never put the same things in twice, but it's always good. :) bread seems to be my biggest stumbling block. i can't seem to make a decent loaf of bread by hand. always too dense and it never quite rises the way it's supposed to.
