Chinese Lion's Head Soup
An absolutely FABULOUS recipe esp. for hesitant soup makers! You can't go wrong with this one. Definitely hits the spot on a cold winters day! I substituted ground turkey and added more onions to the meatballs. I also added (as one reviewer did) a handful of cilantro at the end and more broth and that made it amazing. This is a keeper. I would give it a 5 but I almost think the meatballs need a little more umph!...maybe garlic or cilantro.

Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets
This is a wonderful recipe for families! Try it! My 3 y.o asked for more and my 13 month old ate it up! I did use the bottled Ranch I had on hand and used olive oil instead of butter. It was a quick and tasty meal and I will definitely make it again!

Spiced Banana Bread
A yummy banana bread with very nice spice combination. In my opinion, a great bread to make if you're looking for that fall/winter "welcome to my home" smell or for when your spouse comes in from shoveling snow!
