Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
Yum! I needed a quick appetizer/tailgate dish and I have been wanting to try these for a while. I actually used regular deli ham and chive cream cheese.. it was SO delicious. I cut the asparagus into thirds to make it a bite sized. I also blanched the asparagus, and served the dish cold. Even my green-hating dad liked these and I couldn't stop eating them. Great recipe.

Baked Potato Soup V
i cut this recipe in half... it was delicious. i only gave it 4 stars because it was SUPER thick! it was super tasty, but i had to add some chicken stock at the end to thin it out a little. i'm saving this one for sure! :)

Aunt Gail's Oatmeal Lace Cookies
well these tasted excellent... but the mixture was not very moist and made forming the cookies difficult. it was probably just my mistake! i'll try again soon. but for FLAVOR... fabulous! i used half white sugar and half brown. delish :)
