Zucchini Brownies

These are good. My little girl couldn't believe they had zucchini in them. I replaced the walnuts with crunchy banana chips and dark chocolate pieces.

OK- this recipe is actually really good...it just took two attempts, my family ended up eating the pizza toppings while waiting for me to make up the second batch! First time round, it wouldn't come off the baking tray- I had to throw one away- although it was on its way out anyway. Second time I put greased baking paper down on the tray first' I recommend this. I also used one egg and a cup and a half of flour, a splash of olive oil. It definately is more flatbread- but don't let that put u off, if u like thin crust u will love this!

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

Oooh it's really good and so easy... I didn't quite believe I didn't have to cook it - but it tasted so good. I used Italian mixed herbs, and left out the spice and anchovy as my little girl is so fussy and she loved it! She never eats pizza usually. Will try it with anchovy next time.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

They were great and I will use the recipe again, however..I think I made the burgers too thick, next time I will squash them down thinner.

Cincinnati Chili I

really good, I think I over did the chili powder though..I didn't measure it...!!! don't do what I did. Also I really loved the taste the chocolate gave to it. Will do this again.

Fabulous Fudge Chocolate Cake

Yum! Great recipe, you do need a MASSIVE bowl as it makes so much, I was brave and tipped all the batter into one large round baking tin, i had to give it another 20 minutes in the oven but it did cook through eventually and it was GORGEOUS!! I put rasberry jam (jelly) in the middle and frosted it with chocolate fudge icing...ooohhh it was good.

Caroline's Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Great taste and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly, it worked well but I think I will put more chocolate in next time and less confectioners sugar, to make it more choctastic!
