About this Cook
I have cooked so long I don't remember not cooking! I cooked in a fancy Italian restaurant and for over 100 residents in a nursing home. I only cook for my and my familys pleasure now.

Tortellini Bake
Delish! I did make a white sauce and put the cheese into it. Also used a cup of mixed frozen veggies. Added garlic and white merlot.

Shrimp Fettucine
Delish! Served with broccoli, a perfect go with. Did add a can of drained mushrooms. Otherwise, cooked as suggested. Thanx!

Not Your Every Day Smoked Pork Spare Ribs
You are my hero! Followed the rub recipe exactly. But, I baked my 4 pds. spare ribs in the oven at 275 for around 3 hours. Then, as i didn't have apple cider, or juice, I simply slathered bbq sauce over it, removed the lid, and continued baking 15 minutes longer. I really wanted to pig out on these. There is no way you could get a better rib ANYWHERE! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
