Fall Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette
I made this recipe for a family lunch gathering and everyone enjoyed it a lot. I took advice of others and used rice vinegar in place of cider vinegar. It was still a little to tart so I added 1 tsp of honey and that did the trick. I will surely make this again.

Classic Macaroni Salad
This was so so good. I made it for memorial weekend barbecue and both my sisters wanted the recipe. When I went to make it the recipe I cut into my green pepper to find it it was bad on the inside. I did not have another so I used a red pepper and it still came out fantastic. I can't wait to make it again using a green pepper.

Stuffed Green Peppers I
This recipe was really good. I used other reviewers suggestions and used canned chopped tomatoes and beef broth instead of water. The beef broth really rounded out the flavor. I also filled peppers up halfway then sprinkled cheese and some of the soup inside and then filled them the rest of the way. This insured they were moist through and through.
