I love to cook sea food Mexican style. Shrimp cocktails, ceviches, and caldos de jaiva y camaron ( shrimp and crab soup)

Every year some of the woman in my family get together and make tamales.
My cooking triumphs
I finaly got the hang of making fudge. It took me several gooey batches to finally get it right.

Foolproof Rib Roast

Paul's Pumpkin Bars
They came out perfect and everyone who tasted them loved them. I also tried tips from other members and tried to make them more bar like by puting less eggs and adding another 15 oz can of pumpkin puree and they still came out perfect. Thanks for the recipe I have been looking for a recipe for pumpkin bars for a long time.
