Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
.I NEVER WOULD HAVE THOUGHT OF THESE CHANGES. ITS ONE DARN GOOD COOKIE, AND I WILL NOT GO BACK TO PLAIN OATMEAL COOKIES AGAIN. DOUGH AND COOKIES FREEZE WELL. THANK YOU BETH FOR ONE HECK OF A COOKIE. I FOLLOWED THE RECIPE, EXCEPT USED ALL BUTTER INSTEAD OF FLAVORED CRISCO. I DID NOT HAVE ANY AND I REALLY WANTED SOME MORE COOKIES.

Shepherd's Pie VI
I FOLLOWED OTHER SUGGESTIONS, AND USED WORSCHIRE AND FROZEN VEGGIES. BUT INSTEAD OF BROTH I USED CONSOMME, (THOUGHT ABOUT FRENCH ONION SOUP). TOMATOE PASTE INSTEAD OF KETCHUP,AND THEN MIXED MY VEGGIES IN THE MEAT MIXTURE. INSTEAD OF MASHED POTATOES I USED LEFT OVER SCALLOP POTATOES,WHIPPED UP USING MY HAND MIXER AND ADDED MILK AS NEEDED. THEN I LAYERED IT ALL IN RAMEKINS, INSTEAD OF A CASSEROLE DISH. MEAT MIXTURE,SHREDDED CHEESE, POTATOES, AND TOPPED WITH PAPRIKA, AND A LITTLE MORE CHEESE. BAKED WHAT I NEEDED AND FROZE THE REST FOR LATER.

Great Twice Baked Potatoes
great starter. the egg is the key, add more milk and cheese as needed, depends on the potatoe size. i make mine up to 1 day ahead and pop in the oven 20-30 min before needed. can add whatever extras you like.
