I recently decided to teach myself how to cook and I am having so much fun!! It turns out it is not as difficult as I thought. I am, however, still afraid of frying things, I guess that´s not a bad thing since it´s unhealthy anyway. Anything with a Latin Flavaaaaaaa!! I also like baking a lot, you can do so many creative things with all the utenstils they have nowadays! Hmmm kinda hard to say but maybe roasted potatoes, sugar glazed carrots, and roast beef. Simple? Yes, but some of the best food is simple (i.e. macaroni & cheese!! mmmmm!). I actually made 3 entirely homecooked meals in a day!! A lot of work. I give credit to all those women who still cook 3 meals a day!! Rare, I know. Making pastry for empanadas...looked a bit weird but tasted great!
