I just couldn't take eating garbage anymore. I'm always up for new things, new flavors, new challenges. I've been know to experiment a lot, though they often end up as failures. I love cooking Asian style dishes. I love my wok and my bamboo steamer. Asian dishes I make a great pasta sauce with meatballs. The recipe has been handed down in my family over several generations. Perfecting my pork dumpling recipe. The first time I made potato gnocchi from scratch they came out like a horrible pile of mush. I also almost burned down my apartment sophomore year in college by tossing some too-wet potatoes in super hot oil. Smoked the place out and made a horrible mess.
