I've always loved to cook ever since I was young. I seriously started cooking and trying new things as a sophomore in college. I just couldn't take eating garbage anymore.
I'm always up for new things, new flavors, new challenges. I've been know to experiment a lot, though they often end up as failures.

The first time I made potato gnocchi from scratch they came out like a horrible pile of mush.
I also almost burned down my apartment sophomore year in college by tossing some too-wet potatoes in super hot oil. Smoked the place out and made a horrible mess.
