Mushroom and Swiss Chicken
The chicken was extremely moist, but it just didn't have much flavor and I followed the directions exactly. Everyone in my family thought it was missing something. I will likely use this recipe as a base recipe and will alter it. I'll need to read some of the other reviews for suggestions.

Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef
Excellent!!! I agree with another poster that this is quite sweet. Next time I will most likely cut a wee back on the sugar. I cut in strips and it was done after about 3 hours. Leftovers today for lunch and can't wait to make again! Thanks for the recipe!

Excellent sauce - was a little sweet for me, so next time I will add just a little less sugar. Otherwise it was just perfect.
