Wonderful! We eat this at least once a week, usually twice. Easy to make and so tasty! Only change I make is using pepper-jack cheese.

Blueberry Banana Bread

Tasted great, but my goofy oven messed up the top so it was a bit (and by a bit I mean a lot) crispy. I like that, though, so no harm done. Maybe I'll eventually get a better oven.

No Bake Double Good Dessert

My husband and I love lemon squares. Anything lemon flavored is delicious automatically. This was a standout recipe, though, and I will definately make it again. One small change, just to make it more lemony, I made half again as much filling as the recipe called for. Just a personal preference, would have been nummy either way!

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

Made changes as did lots of the reviewers. Didn't use foil, just potatoes, onions and carrots. Added a can of low-sodium chicken broth and stuffed some extra onion in the chicken. Cooked on low for eight hours and it was perfect. Made it like four times in a month.

Maple Salmon

No complaints about this one! I love salmon. I grew up on a diet consisting mainly of salmon and clam chowder (or so it seemed) and I have tried a lot of recipes. This one was at the top of the list.

Blueberry Flax Pancakes

Make these all the time with farm-fresh blueberries. Sometimes I even leave out the blueberries and the pancakes are just as good. Great recipe for anyone (like me) who can't make fluffy pancakes to save their life.

Southern Peach Cobbler

Having never made a cobbler or pie before I was nervous about messing it up. But the peaches at the Monterey farmers market were irresistable and my husband (having grown up two hours from Georgia) loves peach cobbler. Everyone adored it.
