I like creating, so, I approach most things with my artistic attributes, even when it comes to cooking. I try to work on "presentation." After trying an new recipe from allrecipes,I impatiently ask my husband "How many stars?" He is SO annoyed but hey, he goes back for seconds every time! ***smirk*** I am inspired by whimsical and playful ideas which includes baking fun treats for my family, like a Candyland themed cake. I also enjoy making brownies, cupcakes, and decorating cakes. Picnics under the big tree on a lazy fall day and campfire nights in our yard. I recreated at home a favorite dish from a local mexican restaurant. My sweet husband and dear friend complimented on how fabulous it was, if not better. I am terrible, just terrible! at cooking asian inspired food! (Well I was! Allrecipes has definitely changed that!)
