Excellent and quick meal.I too made healthier changes to the recipe, to cater to my Slimming world diet.I used 2 white & 2 medium sweet potatoes, Low fat cheese, 2x small individual microwave steammix veg packs. I didn't use beef and used a meat substitue ( quorn-350g). I only used 1/8 cup of wocester, as I thought it would need help on the taste. 2 tbs of ketchup, and 1cup of gravy. I also didn't use the oil to cook the onion and the 2 cloves of chopped garlic I added, I used a low calorie cooking spray ( fry light in the UK) I made the recipe as instructed, but insted of adding butter I used a low fat margarine, and all the cheese, as i am always fearful of the top catching. But it was lovely. Very colourful and flavourful. I put the food in three individual remkin dishes so I can pull them out as I want them without having the full lot of food.Great recipe.
