Never had a Reuben pizza so didn't know exactly what to expect. I found a whole wheat prepared pizza crust so used that instead of bread dough. We used olive oil with a little garlic powder & onion powder replacing the Thousand Island dressing (don't like) that others suggested. This wasn't so bad, but will try again with a different "sauce". We're going to put dijon mustard w/horseradish in because it needed a "kick" & that is what we put on our Reubens. It is a nice change from sausage & mushroom or chicken pizzas.

Very good!!! It took longer to cook down, but worth it. I was afraid it would be overload on spice, but not so. The only thing I did different was use half as much sauce as needed for the number of chimichangas I made. I had leftover chili's because of it & next time I'll use the full amount instead of cutting that back also. Will make again, but probably not to often because of the time, but I may make several bathches & freeze.

Very good. I did others advice & double the sauce since we added the veggies & served over rice as the submitter suggested. Next time I'm going to reduce the hot sauce a tish just out of preference. Would like to try as an appetizer also.
