Cranberry Pecan Bread
I followed the recipe exactly. This bread makes wonderful toast. I looked twice at the recipe with no sugar, eggs, or oil ( with the exception for the pan and the top after baking). I am going to try it with blueberries and other dried fruits.

Blueberry Congealed Salad
I have made this salad twice and it has been wiped out both times. I use sugar free jello without any problem. I have also used Blackberries and raspberry jello working well too. I also added a dash of banana extract to the cream cheese/sour cream with great results.

Takes time to make but well worth it put Rasberry sauce on top for an extra kick
