Janine's Best Banana Bread
This was a very quick and easy recipe. Though it didn't turn out as sweet as I was expecting. And I had to turn the temp down to avoid burning the top before the bread had cooked all the way through. With a few little changes this recipe will be one that I use a lot.

Apple Oatmeal Crisp
This turned out a little dry, but not overly. I used a little more butter than directed and less white sugar since I had sweeter apples. With a little bit of ice cream it balanced out just fine and wasn't too dry to eat. Other reviews that stated it was "too dry" might want to try altering the ingredients a little. Use more melted butter and make it more of a gooey consistency than crumbly. That should help to eliminate most of the complaints that it is dry.

Honey Baked Chicken
This was surprisingly a hit with my kids. They are very picky about their food, but had no arguments with this dish. My fiance prefers this to be done with chicken that still has skin. I agree that it gives it a nice crisp coating. This was a great alternative to chicken nuggets for my two toddler boys.
