I'm the baby from a family of 8. I'm a staying at home mommy for the last 2 years and I'm enjoying every bit of it. I have two little kids, a girl 5, and a boy soon to be 3. I'm getting ready to go back to school to become a teacher. I'm always looking for new recipes, I like to cook and I enjoy grilling different fish, fajitas, enchiladas, sopes... all kinds of mexican food. Love it. We get together everytime we can to have a nice family time together and make delicious carne asada and pinneaple upside down cake. Eventhough I don't have a lot of time cooking, so far my food has been very good. I've surprised some people who thought I couldn't cook, and they're asking me for recipes. When I was a little kid, my causin was making fun of me because his sister could make him scrambled eggs and I couldn't. I told him that I knew how to do it aswell. For my surprise, he asked me to do it (never made it before) let me put it this way, it was not DONEEEE!!!
