so good and so easy! i turned the temperature down to 300 after the first 10 minutes and baked it about an hour.

Pecan Tassies

Lemon-Lime Mousse

Very very sweet and tangy at the same time. You can really taste the lemon and lime. It was delicious, but I think it would be much better as the filling inside of a nice vanilla layer cake.

Spectacular! I used to make this from a cookbook recipe, but lost it. I searched the web and this truly is the best recipe. Even better than before! I used strawberries, kiwis, and shaved chocolate over the top for an extra flair.
