I am young professional living and working in the Nation's Capital. I have always had a love for baking and have recently really got into cooking -- so we'll see where I go from here. I am a master of sweets. I hand decorate birthday cakes for family and friends. I also make delicious cupcakes, pies, cookies, sugar-coated pecans, pavlova... the list goes on. Aside from desserts I love quick and easy things, such as Chicken Quesadillas with Mild sauce from Taco Bell, Mashed Potatoes with butter, salt and some dill, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with pickles on the side, Pancakes, and Cinnamon French Toast Homemade Pierogi with sour cream (that I have yet to learn how to make), Homemade Pies (pumpkin, pecan, apple, blueberry, lemon meringue, etc.), Hand Decorated Gingerbread Men at Christmas I seem to be good with strawberries... topping pavlovas, making shortcakes, dipping them in chocolate... that sort of stuff always goes over well. Growing up, I once added the cheese mix in my Kraft Mac and Cheese before straining the water. My friend and I called it Macaroni Soup. I also accidentally burn popcorn a lot.
