Chantal's New York Cheesecake
Very good cheesecake. Family and friends loved it. This was my first cheesecake, so I'm happy it was eaten very quickly. I did have two cracks on top- but that was because I blended everything due to not re-reading the instructions saying to mix the remaining ingredients. I will continue to make it until it's perfected. I think I will try a water bath or turn off the oven sooner next time. Overall, good cheesecake.

Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies
These were the easiest cookies to make. They were too rich for my taste, but the children loved these cookies!
