Easy Lasagna II

5 stars for ease of preparation and good taste/consistency. I've also made it subbing 1 cup thawed, drained spinach for the ricotta/cottage cheese--very nice and not as rich.

Twice-Baked New Potatoes

Hot Italian Sausage

Just what I was looking for! They just don't make decent sausage in Asia...but this makes me feel right at home. I scaled down the recipe for 1 lb pork and thought everything was perfect except the red pepper flakes--I'll add a little more next time.

Pita Chips

Phenomenal. I subbed cajun seasoning for the chevril to go with spinach dip. Agree with other reviewers that they become tough the next day, but they reheat quite nicely in a 400 degree oven after just a couple minutes.
