Came out really good! Mixed everything by hand so I think my next investment will be for a hand mixer! Next time i'll make 1 full sized loaf to cut up and freeze in individual pieces and then the rest in mini loafs or maybe muffins. I really do need to try substitutions to make it healthier since I LOVE Banana bread, especially this one!

Came out great! I just need to chop the apple a bit finer me thinks, and maybe marinade the pork, which I didn't do this time. Otherwise though, a surprisingly good dish! Left overs tonight! YUM!

Great recipe! Used a jar of Newman's Own Sockarooni Sauce and is was perfect. Next time I think I'll try other reviewer's idea of having the chicken on a rack to make it more crispy.
