Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
these were excellent! For a slightly healthier version, I used 1c whole wheat flour and a half cup white, used apple sauce instead of shortening and added ~2tsp of wheat germ. I also used craisins instead of raisins, and that little bit of sweetness was perfect!
