Szechwan Shrimp
This was fantastic! I doubled the sauce and accidently doubled the garlic but my husband and I love garlic so that wasn't a problem. I served it over sushi rice. A little sweet, nice and spicy, and just plain wonderful! Oh, one more thing, I added broccoli and sliced up carrots and this worked great.
