Ultimate Party Meatballs
kick this up another notch: 1) Add a little lemon and sugar 2) Simmer for at least an 1 hour until the meatballs are glazed by the sauce. This results in a deep penetration of the sauce flavor into the meat, masking the cheese which often is present in frozen meat balls.

BBQ Steak
Was fantastic. Used London Broil. Marinaded overnight. Cooked it first on an infrared burner then finished off on the regular grill. All my guests and I could say was Oh my God!
