Out of this World Turkey Brine
I really had no idea that brining would make such a huge difference! My husband could not stop talking about how incredibly moist the turkey was. He is a self-proclaimed white meat hater and he devoured all the leftovers within 2 days! I will never make another turkey without brining!

Kielbasa and Cabbage II
I love the traditional cabbage and kielbasa recipe but it can be a little bland to my husband (who's half Thai and grew up eating really spicy food.) So this was a perfect compromise! Cabbage and kielbasa with a kick! The only change I made from the original recipe was that I used blackened seasoning instead of cajun seasoning and 1/2 tsp. of that was plenty spicy (maybe a little too spicy for my 4 yr old!) Anyway, this was great! I will make it again!

Graham Streusel Coffee Cake
I love this cake! I made it in a bundt pan and drizzled icing over it while still warm. Very nice presentation for our Father's Day dessert get together. Everyone loved it! Thanks!
