Pumpkin Cheesecake II
A great recipe! I've already made it twice but the second time I omitted the lemon flavoring, mace and cornstarch. We didn't miss any of those things at all. We did use the maple cream sauce other cooks suggested and it was wonderful on top!

Key Lime Pie VII
Absolutely the only key lime pie recipe you will ever need! It's easy to make and people love it. Even using regular limes, it tastes great. I made no changes except I didn't use Key limes. I will make this over and over again.

Lentils and Rice with Fried Onions (Mujadarrah)
Loved it just as written! Even my picky eaters will eat this. So simple and economical - this recipe goes in my normal cycle of monthly recipes.
