Fajita Marinade I
Great! Used this for chicken fajitas and everyone loved it. I only had about 3 hours to marinate the chicken, so the only thing that I would change next time is to marinate it maybe 12-24 hours ahead. Still great regardless!

Taco Seasoning I
Love this - it's so much better than the pre-packaged stuff. I tripled the recipe so I'd always have some on hand.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
This was a hit with my family, and it was so easy to put together. I used no-salt-added canned corn and tomato sauce just to cut the salt down a bit, and no one missed it. The leftovers were gone at lunch the next day.
