Mom's Zucchini Bread
INCREDIBLE! I used over three cups of zucchini (don't drain it!), one cup of white sugar, 3/4 cup brown sugar. This was by far the best batch of zucchini bread that I've ever made. I earned kisses for this one :)

Pecan Pie IV
Easy, delicious... perfect! I had to work on Christmas Day, but we needed a pie, so I gave these instructions to my bf (who doesn't cook...not even toast) by text message. He pulled it off and it came out perfectly! He was nervous about the task he'd been handed, but in the end he commented on the simplicity of the recipe. We made no changes to the recipe as written.

Bev's Mac and Cheese
I really like the ratios used in this recipe, except for the flour. I use just a touch less and cook this on the stove instead of the microwave. Super creamy and cheesy, yum! I tried this recipe a second time using pepper jack (instead of cheddar) and adding corn, black beans, chopped grilled chicken, jalapenos and cilantro... to die for! Thanks : )
