Delicious, just make sure to fry it on a lower heat so it doesn't cook too quickly.

Spicy Bean Salsa
This was great! It's not spicy or hot but has excellent flavor. The only thing I didn't put in was the green peppers. This will definitely be a new party staple of mine.

Personal Portobello Pizza
A quick and super easy meal meal to make. I added sun dried tomatoes as a topping and it was fabulous!
