Eggplant Parmesan I
I loved this recipe! It was very tasty and cheesy. I definitely will make this recipe again. The only thing I would change is the amount of oil...since the eggplant tends to absorb it.

Caroline and Brian's Stuffed Mushrooms
This was veryyy good! I thought the mushrooms could use some seasoning themselves so I just made and emulsion of balsamic vinegar and olive oil,dipped mushrooms in it and then added the stuffing before putting them in the oven. They were awesome!

Spritz Cookies III
I will not bake this cookies again.After adding the flour to the butter unless you used your hands to mix the dough the batter would not come together. The cookies bake dry and are not sweet enough. Definitely will not try it again.
