Sweet Potato Pie II
my family loves this pie. It is very simple to make too. I've even made a few up and froze them for a while then thawed and baked when we wanted a nice treat.

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II
I did no prep *I didn't have the time*. I just added my ingredients to the crock pot. Since I was going to be leaving it all day I doubled the water and butter and also added fresh mushrooms...yum, yum, yum
