Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie
Simply delicious! This dessert has become a regular in our household. 1. It's easy to make 2. It tastes so darn good. I am making it for a Christmas party tomorrow, if I can get it out of the house without someone sneaking some.

Black Bean and Rice Salad
Really liked it. Just made a few changes. I cut out 1/2 of the lemon juice. I used fresh cilantro and threw in some pineapple tidbids. The whole family ate it, which is rare!
