Southern Butter Rolls

Fantastic! I warmed the water with the butter flavored shortening. I also used my bread machine on the dough setting for the kneading and rising. I got 15 rolls in a 9x13 pan.Very good.

OMG!! This is great. I ran with the recipe, and put 6 TBSP. of my mother-in-laws homemade raspberry jelly on top of the bottom crust,[put 1 tsp. each of vanilla and lemon juice in the cream cheese mixture] spread cream mixture on top of that, then top crust. Baked according to directions. I made a lemon glaze and put about half of that on the crust, when it came out of the oven. This is awesome. Thank you so much.

Grilled Corn on the Cob

Great! I've done this for years. I pulled off the silk, then let the corn soak in water for about an hour. I didn't put butter on before grilling [forgot] but afterwards, with alot of salt. YUM!

Hot German Potato Salad III

My husband and I liked this alot. I diffently had to double the sauce, and I put a little more vinager in it. Next time I'll add a couple more pieces of bacon.

In-a-Pinch Ketchup

Thousand Island Dressing II

Asparagus Roll-Ups

These were very good. They make alot. I used wheat and white bread. Followed the directions. Only thing I did different was freeze them.

Baked Pork Chops I

These were excellent. Did the way the recipe said, but I diced up a small onion, and threw in some sliced mushrooms. When I went to put the gravy in with the chops; I had a lot of juice from them, which is good, it gave me more gravy. Will make these again.

Quick Black Forest Cake

This was very good. I made it as written, was a little worried about not following the box directions, but it turned out very moist, and we didn't think it was overly sweet.

Cinnamon Griddle Cakes

These are wounderful. What a clever way for pancakes. I made just as written, except I put about 3/4 c. of raisins in the flour mixture, before adding the wet ingredients. Then sprinkled a little bit of chopped walnuts on top before serving. I will diffently be making these again. Thanks.

Glenda's Mandarin Orange Salad

I loved this! It diffently is sweet, so next time I'll cut back on the sugar. I just used a Spring Salad Mix, and put the mushrooms and oranges in there, I didn't have almonds. so I just srinkled some chopped pecans I had. I'm going to be making this again.

Garlic-Cheese Flat Bread
