This is fabulous. I used 4 cups chicken broth, 4 cups potatoes,2 cups of ham, 2 stalks of celery, 2 chopped carrots,1 small chopped onion, 2 cups fat free half and half, also 4 oz. of Velveeta, and about 6 TBSPS each of butter and flour, both boullion cubes, about a TBSP. of fresh chopped parsley at the end. Followed directions as written. This is diffently going to be in our winter soups rotation. Thanks so much.
