This is excellent. I made my sweetened condensed milk from this site, it makes about 10oz. And I put the 2 TBSP. of cocoa, and used coffee for water, plus a capful and a half of vanilla. Will be making again.

This was very good. I doubled the recipe, used one no fat cream cheese and one low fat cream cheese. It is a very rich sauce.

Rich Chocolate Truffle Pie

Reviewed: jun. 26, 2009
This was good. I think I did something wrong, because mine didn't turn out as fluffy as the picture shown [Tricia Jaegers]. My husband thought I made pudding, he had two pieces. I had one very rich. I'll try again when it's not so hot outside, yea I'll blame the weather, not me. :)

Spiced-Up Grilled Tater Wedges

We thought these were very good. I nuked mine,[I don't think that matters]because of the heat. I used oil with the spices and brushed these on the wedges, in my grill pan. Will make again.

Meatloaf on the Grill

Reviewed: jun. 25, 2009
This is so good. Who'd think we'd be eating meatloaf in 90* weather. I used #3 pounds of ground beef.I used the ingredients you wrote plus a couple of my own. I used my old pyrex pie plate that's dingy, so it didn't matter what that turned out like. I got it a little over done on the bottom, [like I haven't done that in the oven] This had a nice smokey taste to it, that made it different then the oven.I put ketchup on about the last 45 min. of cooking. Took about 2 1\2 hrs. I'll be making this one again for sure. Thanks.

OH MY! This is great. I made it for Fathers Day. There was alittle bit that didn't fit in my container to freeze. So got to try it early. Didn't want it to go to waste. [ 1 and 1/2 quart ice cream maker] I'm diffently making this again. I used half and half instead of milk. Love this ice cream.

This was great!. I didn't have hot sauce, so I used about alittle less then 1 TBSP of cayenne pepper, and I didn't have Asian Chile Paste, so I used Szechwan Chili Sauce. This was so good. It had a nice bite, not to hot. Thanks for a wounderful recipe.

Easy Ice Cream Sammies

These are perfect. I wanted something easy, and I found it. I also wanted a soft shell, so when you bit it, it wouldn't squish out so much. I just used vanilla ice cream, some with mini M&M's, mini chocolate cips, and some with sprinkles. Thanks so much, for a fun snack.

Loved these. I cooked the asparagus and put that aside, but I put the mushrooms, onions and seasonings all together and sauted till done. I pushed my mushrooms to one side of the pan and put my asparagus back in on the otherside to warm up. Wounderful recipe.
