Gourmet Dessert Recipes - Apple and Maple Caramel Cheesecake

Excellent! Followed the directions, just ended up using walnuts instead of pecans, and diced my apples instead of sliced. My company loved it. I'll definitely make this again.

Honey Butter

This is really good. I made homemade wheat rolls for Thanksgiving, and had separate serving dishes for the honey butter. The honey butter was almost all gone compared to the regular butter.

This is really good. I added about 1/4 tsp. of cloves and nutmeg. Cooked it about 1/2 to 45 min. longer then stated. Served with my chesse and sausage platter for Thanksgiving. Thanks for sharing.

Wounderful. I wanted something quick for myself while my husband and son were deer hunting. This was perfect, eating it all weekend. I didn't have spaghetti sauce so I used a can of 'fire roasted tomatoes' I had. Yum. Thanks for the recipe.

These are great. Didn't have wheat germ, so I just didn't use it. Put in 3/4 c. of peanutbutter and 3/4 c. of mini chocolate chips, instead of raisins [one grandaughter dosen't like raisins :p] Will make these again.

Baked Beef Stew

This was so good. I kind of tripled the recipe by adding, three pounds of beef, one two pd. bag of baby carrots, three pd. bag of red potatoes, one bag of frozen peas. and one onion soup mix [dry]. Kept the one can of tomatoes. Put it in my Dutch Oven and baked at 425 for 2 1/2 hours. Give or take. Wounderful.

I followed the directions to a T and it turned out just as written. I used it for a filling in a Buttermilk pound cake, it was diffently better the next day. The flavors blended together better and it didn't taste so eggy. Thanks.

Buttermilk Pound Cake II

Yum. I used the large fresh lemon and lemon juice, and every thing else the same. I baked it in two 8 inch cake pans for 60 min. Then sliced it into a Tort form with pastry cream from this site and whipped cream cheese frosting. That was rich. lol.
