Great recipe! I've made it 3 times already and every time I bring it to a potluck someone asks "who made this" and then compliments me :) Due to religious dietary restrictions, I make it with turkey bacon and it tastes great! A good, sharp cheddar is a must.

This was a great recipe!! It has more of a muffin consistency than a cupcake but it's still light enough. I put 1 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree instead of just 1. It turned out VERY moist and nice! I modified the frosting a little bit because I wanted to make swirls to decorate it and the frosting from the recipe was too thin. I will be making another batch for a bake sale this weekend!

It's not a bad recipe BUT I like my cheesecakes to taste like cheese. This one had too much white chocolate flavor and too little cheese flavor. I will try it with less white chocolate chips next time.
