Mom's Zucchini Bread

loved it! Some small changes ... used 1/2 c oil and 1/2 c applesauce, 2 cups all purpose flour with 1cup whole wheat flour, and 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup brown. Really, really good.

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Very easy. My husband rated this as my best chicken ever. Even my toddler ate it all. Served over egg noodles. I used real garlic but every thing else the same.
