Mom's Macaroni and Cheese

I made this for the holidays! EVERYONE loved it! Even those who said that they did not like mac and cheese all that much. I would not change a thing... Some foods are best left uncomplicated!

This was a great recipe, however it was not spicy enough for me, so I added some jalapenos and half of a white onion. I also like tomatos so I added that as well...

Creamy Split Pea Soup

This recipe was great!!! I didnt add the bacon, though I probably should have becuase it would have gaven the soup a bit more of a bite. It was a great soup!!!! It would have been great w/o the heavy cream either!!!!

Baked Spaghetti I

YUMMMMM!!!!!! I am so glad that I found this recipie. This is one of the few meals I have prepared that my 6 year old has asked for more!!!! I made a few changes. I used italian turkey meat and organic veagtables. I also put a full cup of milk instead of 1/4th and I put it on the bottom layer as well. I also used a whole onion!!! IT WAS SO AWESOME...
