I have been cooking for a while now. My dad taught me to make my first homemade pizza when I was four, and the love of food has stuck with me since then. I would love to go to culinary school, and I know when money comes my way I will. But until then, I just cook and bake as much as I can. I love to try new things from foriegn countries, and this year my goal is to make my own chocolate... I am a baker deep in my heart. If I had to pick something that I love to bake most it would be cookies... I love to just throw stuff together and walla!!!! My father was a top chef for over 20 years and he has taught me so many great recipies. My favorite to this moment is his home made chicken wings... It isnt the wings however it is the sauce!!!! This is going to sound silly, but my rising moment thus far, was a white chocolate rasberry truffle. The first time I made it, I took one bite and through it in the trash so to get it right was nice!!!! Steak!!! Enough said. I still cannot cook it, maybe it is because I do not like eating it, so I do not put my heart into it like I do my other foods.
