Blackened Chicken
I made it as the recipe said only I pan fried it. I also didn't just 'sprinkle' the spices on the chicken, I pressed the spices onto it. It was delicious. Plus, I highly recommend the sauce, its so simple but very delicious and I think really adds something to the dish.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
This was really good. I was skeptical that the meat would cook in the sauce, but it did! I think it could use a little more flavor/spice, but it was really good as is too!!

Oven Fried Chicken IV
I should have just gone with KFC. I used about half the sage recommended, and that was WAY too much. Didnt come close to the garlic which would have been too much. Maybe the idea of cornflake fried chicken is good, but these spices are terrible with it...Good Luck!
