Curried Honey Mustard Chicken
YUM. I made this with boneless, dark meat, which is what I had on hand, and my husband and I ate it all up! I will definitely be making this again. Also, if you're an onion fan like us, I recommend cutting up an onion and marinading it along with the chicken, too.

Carrot Cake III
I made loafs and a few muffins rather than a whole cake pan. I added some raisins as well, and my husband and I LOVED it! He's a fan of carrot cake, and this one definitely hit the spot. Of course, this recipe called for quite a bit of sugar, which is my only problem with it, so we only had a little of it before bringing it over to my husband's medical school campus. Let's just say the cake didn't hang around for longer before disappearing down med students' gullets:-)

Baked Buffalo Wings
So delicious! My husband and I are temporarily living in a country where you really can't find good buffalo wings...I cooked these up as a little reminder of back home. SO good! Just make sure you really let them bake long enough before flipping the wings over, or all the goodness falls off into the pan.
