Wow! This is definitely the BEST potato salad recipe and a keeper. Instead of ranch dressing, I added dry ranch mix as someone suggested in a post as well as pepperoncinis, olives, and real bacon bit pieces. It was great just made, but even better over night while the flavors got to blend. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

My mom makes the best coconut rice so I couldn't give it 5 stars. We eat it with a scoop of Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla ice cream. Very delicious!
