Salmon Fillets with Creamy Dill

Very good...made just as in recipe. What made this nice was it did not overpower the salmon. We used salmon we caught 2 days ago and it just let the meat speak for itself. We used the BBQ vs the oven and it was easy and simple to prepare.

Out of this World Pie

Very sweet and fruity. Pretty good. I don't know about "out of this world" though! I cut way down on the bananas...It does not LOOK very tasty. But my husband said "It tastes better than it looks" : )

Fantastic Green Rice Dish

OK...not as flavorful as I thought it would be. It would be better if chicken broth were substituted for the water maybe. Nice for kids though--cheesy and eggy!

Shrimp Kisses

Great appetizer!! The whole crowd (even the kids) loved this dish. I used precooked shrimp and I precooked the bacon. I used pepper jack cheese--they were perfect. With everything precooked, I just basically warmed them in the oven and the cheese did not run out too much.

This recipe was so good. The whole family loved it.The sauce was SO good the fish was nice and tender. I am a big mayonnaise fan, so this was a perfect recipe for us!

Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Roast

VERY moist in crock pot!! I almost did it in foil in the oven due some of the other reviews, BUT it was wonderful done in the crock pot. If you like pineapple, then this is a great way to make pork. My husband does not care for pork normally and he was happy with this meal. I probably made it too peppery as my kids mentioned that is was spicy : )
